Overview
At New Beginnings, our Adult Residential Facilities (ARF) provide a safe home environment where our residents can thrive. We believe every individual deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, independence, and support that is tailored to their unique needs. Our dedicated team offers compassionate care around the clock, creating a space that feels welcoming and empowering for each resident.
What We Offer
Core Supports
Residents receive 24/7 staffing from a team trained in person-centered practices and behavior support strategies. We provide assistance with daily living skills, medication management, health coordination, and behavioral supports guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Every resident has an individualized care plan designed to encourage independence, safety, and growth.
Enrichment Activities
We believe in nurturing the whole person - beyond basic care. Our residents participate in meaningful recreational activities such as community outings, fitness, social events, and skill-building opportunities. These experiences foster friendships, promote confidence, and ensure that each day offers purpose and joy.
Admissions Process
Inquiry & Tour
Families and Service Coordinators of the San Diego Regional Center can reach out to schedule a tour, meet our staff, and see how our homes provide both safety and opportunity.
Coordination with Regional Center
We work closely with Service Coordinators and families to review assessments, ensure proper documentation, and create a personalized plan for the indiviual.
Move-In & Orientation
Once accepted, residents are welcomed into their new home with a supportive orientation process to ensure comfort, smooth transitions, and clear expectations for care and growth.
