New Beginnings was founded in 2023 by Shane Selburn as a true family endeavor, built on over a decade of dedication to serving adults with developmental disabilities. With more than 10 years of hands-on experience in the community, our family recognized the need for programs and homes that combined compassionate care with opportunities for growth, independence, and meaningful community involvement. 

What began as a vision to create safe, supportive spaces has grown into a family-led organization where every decision is guided by values of care, respect, and dignity. At New Beginnings, we believe in treating each individual like family-celebrating their strenghts, supporting their goals, and building brighter futures together.
